Awesome company and a great install. My solar journey has been one that was started over 4 years ago. Many quotes and many more questions, all of which were answered above and beyond by Shane from PSC Energy. Not once in the past 4 or so years was i made to feel unwelcome or pushed aside as just being a tyre kicker with a million questions. Nothing was pushed onto me or was i made to feel forced into anything. Many different quotes, system designs and years later and nothing really fulfilling all of my needs. Then the battery rebate and the Sigenergy system was shown to me by the great team at PSC Energy as they remembered what i was after. Full 3 phase back up. Shane had a quote done up and sent to me we signed and accepted it and the rest they say is history. I went with a 48kWh Sigenstore, 20kw 3 phase EC(inverter) and 14kw of all black 500w panels and racking. I couldn't be happier with it. My main goal was $0 electricity bills or as close to it as possible. I have not paid an electricity bill since the system went in, i am in fact in credit. I cannot recommend Jake and his team at PSC Energy enough. Anything solar or battery give them a bell and grab a quote. You won't be disappointed.

Original Review on 09-12-2024: Responsive. Listened and advised the best way of progressing. Quoted at the kitchen table and advised installation could be tomorrow or the day after. It ended up being the day after. Easy to understand. Installed panels before NSW battery subsidy came in and then installed battery after. This allowed Energy Australia smart meter to be installed between the two dates. Install team were a real delight. Broke two tiles but I had 14 clean ones ready to go so no problem. I was impressed that so much hard work went into the installation with so little damage. Very good crew installed 25 panels in 4 hours while power board being amended. System tested well, instruction given on isolating panels from power board, and away they went. Smart metre was organised through Penrith Solar Centre worked as advertised. When battery installed instruction given on isolating and basic operation. Very good discussion of how to get best use from battery in our household.

Satisfied Customer I chose PSC from the three companies referred by Solarquotes as they were the more proactive and the installation team were all in-house (no subcontractors). The original quote was before the NSW government battery subsidy was discontinued, PSC did give me a discount on the updated price, which was unexpected but much appreciated.The installation team arrived on the day and time specified, I was expecting to have some conduits running up walls but all wiring was concealed leaving a very neat installation. 17 X 500 W panels ( 8.5 KW ) 24KWH battery.

They recommended and supplied a 13 kW AIKO solar panel array paired with the Sigenergy SigenStor 10 kW inverter and 24 kWh battery system, which has been a perfect fit for our needs. The installation was completed to a very high standard — the crew worked efficiently, respected our home, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It was obvious they take pride in their work. Since commissioning, the system has been running flawlessly. The backup feature kicked in seamlessly during a recent outage, keeping our home powered without interruption. I’ve also been impressed that the system’s solar output has closely matched the Solcast production estimates, which gives me confidence in both the system design and its long-term performance. Very happy with Penrith Solar Centre (now PSC Energy) PSC installed my 9.5kWh Enphase and Trina system in November 2023. Love the Enphase microconverters on each panel; great for efficiency. From start to finish, the process was entirely without any problems. Staff were very kind and very helpful throughout. My tiled roof is now 106 years old and probably quite brittle. I got 30 extra second-hand tiles for free from local FB page, just in case. The installers only used about 5 of the extra tiles. The care taken with my installation by PSC is evident from the fact I have had NO LEAKS (even after so much rain!), or other problems for that matter, in the time since. Much appreciated, as I was really quite worried about my roof. In late May 2025, I had PSC install a huge 24kWh Synergy battery, with 3-phase backup. Installation was entirely professional and a very good experience for me. It hasn't been commissioned as yet so as to retain elligibility for government rebates, but I expect no problems. I would recommend PSC to anyone who wants one company to do, and be responsible for, everything. No chance of a fly-by-night installer disappearing and customer being left with problems. A bit more expensive, because installers are all employed staff of PSC, not contractors, but worth for peace-of-mind IMO. PSC is a very established business, with a very good reputation. I'm very impressed with PSC and am more than happy to reccomend them highly.

Installation team led by Nathaniel were excellent, really knowledgeable, quick and a very neat installation.

Great local company Decided on a local supplier that I know will get the support I need if required, went into the store and the sales consultant Hiren was more than willing to answer all my concerns and questions as I had a lot because I did the research, showed us all around the warehouse and their training facility as well as example of the panels and fittings , spent more than I originally wanted but happy to go with micro inverters over the string 11.7kw Installation team were great, polite, friendly, happy to answer questions and let us know what they were doing and led by Aaron, connected to grid straight away and system was up and running straight away just had to wait a few days for connection to the app from enphase . So far so good happy with the service .

Polite, patient, punctual and perfect. Penrith Solar Centre (PSC) installed 26 Trina 455W solar panels, with Enphase microinverters and a Tesla Powerwall 3. PSC were quick to make initial contact to understand my requirements. The sales rep was always polite while I asked many questions so I could fully understand the solar and battery system suitable for my use case. Their wealth of knowledge from the staff, their website and the YouTube videos made by PSC, were all very reassuring. The installation team was prompt and polite. They had to make a number of part day visits due to the patchy rain, but they always communicated clearly when they would return and they still managed to finish very quickly. The installers showed me everything I needed to know for safety and shutdown procedures, as well as setting up the Tesla app and running through what everything means. I didn’t consider any other installers because PSC provided answered all my questions patiently, never pushing for a sale. Their YouTube videos actually won me over by demonstrating a number of installs. The other reviews were consistently good and I highly recommend Penrith Solar Centre as well.

Excellent customer service I was really impressed with the support provided by Penrith Solar from initial discussions about the system that met my requirements and my house right through to the installation process. They walked me through the installation process and what to expect And then looked after all the electricity company paper work for feed in tariffs etc. The system they recommended is doing exactly as they said it would and I’m really happy.
