Commercial Solar Systems
for NSW Businesses
10 kW workshops to 250 kW+ industrial facilities. In-house design, CEC-accredited installation, real local support.
The Right System
for Your Site
Commercial solar is not a set-and-forget product you pick from a catalogue. Load profiles, roof orientations, network constraints, and tariff structures all change the answer. PSC Energy designs every system from the ground up — starting with your bills, not a brochure.
We work across both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy distribution zones throughout Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains, and regional NSW. That means we know the approval pathways, metering requirements, and export limit rules that apply to your site before a single panel goes up.
Every install is completed by our own CEC-accredited electricians. No subcontractors. No hand-offs. The same team that designs your system is the team that installs it and the team you call if anything ever needs attention.
Panels & Inverters We Install
We only install equipment we'd put on our own buildings. Everything below is CEC-approved, commercially proven, and backed by real manufacturer support in Australia.
Aiko Neostar
Australia's highest-efficiency all-black panel. N-type ABC cell technology, 30-year product warranty. Ideal for maximising yield on constrained roof space where every square metre counts.
Sigenergy C&I Inverter
50–110 kW commercial inverters. Paired with SigenStack battery for full DC-coupled C&I energy systems. Single-provider simplicity — one platform for solar, storage, and monitoring.
Every Install. Our Team. No Exceptions.
PSC Energy does not subcontract commercial installs. Our own CEC-accredited electricians handle every job from first cable pull to final sign-off.
When you sign a contract with PSC Energy, you get the people you met — not a crew we've never worked with before. That's how we maintain quality across 10 kW strip shops and 250 kW warehouses alike.

Real commercial installs. Real sites. Real numbers. Every project below was designed and installed by our in-house team.
199.92 kW Across a Commercial Sporting Facility
A large sporting and function facility in Western Sydney needed a system that could handle variable daytime loads across multiple buildings — and provide battery backup for critical functions. Enphase microinverters let us work across complex, multi-pitch, multi-orientation roof sections without the yield penalties of a string system.
241.56 kW — Our Largest Solar Install
A large community and worship centre with a high daytime occupancy load and significant annual energy spend. At 241.56 kW, this is PSC Energy's single largest solar installation to date. 549 Trina Vertex S+ panels across a large roof area, all managed through Enphase IQ8 microinverters for granular per-panel monitoring and maximum uptime.
Two More Installs — In Detail
99.9 kW Solar + 253.26 kWh SigenStack
185 × Aiko Neostar 3S 540 W panels. Full DC-coupled energy system with SigenStack battery for demand shifting and peak load management. All-black Schletter commercial racking.
16.32 kW Solar + 48.36 kWh SigenStor
32 × Aiko Neostar 2S 510 W panels with SigenStor battery storage. A compact commercial system showing the viability of solar + battery even at smaller commercial scale. All-black Schletter racking.
From Quote to Commissioning
A clear, four-step process. No surprises, no hand-offs to people you've never met.
We review your electricity bills, tariff structure, and roof or ground space. We look at your load profile — when you consume power, not just how much — to size the system correctly.
Custom design for your network zone (Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy), load profile, and future battery plans. We handle DNSP applications, export limit settings, and inverter sizing — before you commit.
Our team handles the full install — panels, inverters, racking, switchboard upgrades, and meter exchange. No subcontractors, no surprises. Most commercial systems are commissioned within days of starting on site.
24/7 system monitoring, CEC-backed product warranties, and a local support team you can actually reach. We don't disappear after sign-off day.
Commercial Solar FAQs
Primarily Aiko Neostar N-type ABC panels for maximum yield. CEC-approved and carry long product warranties. The right panel depends on your roof space and budget — we'll advise you on the best fit for your site.
It depends on your annual consumption and daytime load profile. Most commercial businesses benefit from sizing to offset 80–100% of daytime usage. We analyse your bills and design accordingly — sizing is not a one-size-fits-all calculation. A 99.9 kW system suits a very different business to a 16.32 kW system, even if both are "commercial solar".
Systems up to 100 kW qualify for Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs), which reduce upfront cost. Systems above 100 kW create Large-scale Generation Certificates (LGCs) annually — a separate ongoing revenue stream. We explain both schemes during the design process so you understand the financial picture before committing.
A 100 kW system typically takes 2–4 days on site. Larger systems (200 kW+) may take 5–7 days. Grid connection and metering upgrades can add 2–4 weeks for approvals from Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy — these approvals run in parallel with pre-install prep, not after, so your overall timeline is shorter than it sounds.
Yes. Both SigenStack (large C&I) and SigenStor (smaller commercial) can be retrofitted to existing solar. A hybrid inverter replacement may be required depending on the existing setup. We'll assess your current system before recommending a retrofit path — there's no point adding a battery that can't charge from your panels properly.
We install across Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy zones throughout Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains, and regional NSW. Each network has different export limit rules, DNSP application processes, and metering requirements — we handle all of that as part of the design and approval process.
