Your balance payment (total system cost less your $200 deposit) is due upon completion of your installation. Your PSC consultant will confirm which deal applies to your property during your site inspection.
What happens after you pay your deposit
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from PSC Energy within 24 hours.
- A PSC consultant will contact you within 2 business days to finalise your contract and book your site inspection.
- Where applicable, your consultant will initiate your finance application. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure it is submitted within 7 days of initiation.
- Your booking date is assigned. If you’re taking part in the Government Solar Saver loan, your installation date will only be confirmed once your loan is approved.
- Your balance payment — total system cost less your $200 deposit — is due upon completion of installation. If you’re using the Solar Saver loan, PSC Energy will submit the required steps in Plenti on your behalf — you’ll need to finalise these within 48 hours of your installation being completed.

Terms & Conditions — Battery Night Exclusive Deal
- Eligibility. This offer is available exclusively to attendees of the PSC Energy Battery Information Night held on 1 September 2026 at the PSC Energy Warehouse, 130a Batt Street, Jamisontown. One deal per residential address.
- Deposit. A $200 deposit is required tonight to secure this deal. Your remaining balance is payable as set out in clause 6 (Balance payment).
- Non-refundable. The $200 deposit is non-refundable due to change of mind. In the event PSC Energy is unable to fulfil the installation, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Offer validity. This offer is available exclusively to attendees of the PSC Energy Battery Information Night held on 1 September 2026, and is subject to both of the following cut-offs: (a) Deposit cut-off — your $200 deposit must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on 2 September 2026; (b) Contract cut-off — your contract must be finalised within 4 weeks of the Battery Night, no later than 29 September 2026. A deposit or contract received after either cut-off will not be eligible for Battery Night pricing.
- Site inspection. All installations are subject to a site inspection to confirm suitability, system sizing, and compliance requirements. PSC Energy will contact you within 2 business days of deposit to arrange your inspection.
- Balance payment. Your balance payment — the total system cost less your $200 deposit — is due upon completion of your installation. Payment terms and any consequences of late payment are as set out in your finalised contract.
- Pricing & deal structure. The specific deal applicable to the customer will be confirmed following the site inspection and is subject to system suitability. The available deals are: (a) Battery only — buy 2x 9kWh Sigenstor battery modules and receive a 3rd 9kWh module free (27kWh total system capacity); (b) Solar and battery — buy 2x 9kWh Sigenstor battery modules and receive a 3rd 9kWh module free (27kWh total system capacity), plus a free upgrade from 500W to 540W Aiko solar panels; (c) Existing battery addition (for customers who have previously claimed STCs) — $1,000 off the RRP of a single Sigenstor 9kWh module, from $4,990 to $3,990. Additional costs such as switchboard upgrades or non-standard installation requirements may apply and will be communicated following inspection.
- Installation. Installation timeframes are subject to availability and will be confirmed following contract finalisation. PSC Energy will make every reasonable effort to schedule your installation as promptly as possible.
- Product. The Sigenstor 9kWh battery module is a Sigenergy product. Solar panels supplied under the free upgrade are Aiko brand. Warranty terms are as per the respective manufacturer’s standard residential warranty. Full product specifications will be provided at the time of quote.
