Let’s clear it all up.
PSC Energy’s Service Radius
PSC Energy installs solar panels across a large part of New South Wales. We focus on areas where we know we can deliver a reliable, high-quality installation without delay.
We travel:
- North as far as Newcastle.
- South to Wollongong.
- West out to Bathurst, Orange, and even Mudgee.
If you live in or near these areas, we can come to you. Whether you’re in a regional centre, a nearby town, or on a rural property close to these cities, you’re within reach.
We know that NSW is home to many people who want to switch to solar but live in rural or regional areas. That’s why we’ve made it a priority to serve a wider region than many local installers.
These locations are not just a map to us. We visit them often, and we’re familiar with the unique needs of homes and businesses across each one.
If you’re slightly beyond the towns mentioned above, don’t count yourself out. We often take on jobs just past these borders, and we’re happy to let you know if that’s possible for your location.

What Happens If You’re Just Outside Our Service Radius?
If you’re a little beyond Bathurst, Orange, Newcastle, or Wollongong, there’s a good chance we can still come to you. We don’t draw a hard line at the edge of each city.
Our goal is to make solar available to as many people as possible, even in places that fall just outside the main service range.
We consider a few things before accepting a job that’s further away. Distance is one factor, but we also consider how accessible the site is, the size of the installation, and whether we’ll need to stay overnight.
If your property is close enough for a same-day trip, we’ll usually book it like any other job. If it’s further and our team needs to stay overnight, we will add that cost to our standard installation day rate. We’ll let you know up front what’s involved and the price.

Why Is This Our Service Area?
First, these areas have a high demand for solar. Power bills are rising across New South Wales, and an increasing number of people in these regions are ready to make the switch. We want to meet that demand with honest advice, quality products, and reliable service.
Second, we are familiar with these areas. We’ve worked with families, farmers, and business owners across this stretch of NSW. We understand the weather patterns, roof types, council requirements, and what each region needs from a solar system.
Third, we have the crew and equipment to serve this radius properly. That means no rushed installations, no long delays, and no cutting corners to make the travel worthwhile. We plan each job carefully, so our team has what they need to do it right the first time.
We’ve chosen this service area because we can cover it well and still deliver the same high standard PSC is known for. That’s our promise to every customer, no matter where they’re located within our service area.
