Got Questions?

Frequently asked.

The current SigenStor uses the BAT 10.0 module — 8.76 kWh usable (9.04 kWh total) at 100% depth of discharge. This replaces the older 8 kWh BAT 6.0 model. Systems start at one module and scale to six (approximately 54 kWh usable) by stacking additional battery modules.
SigenStor comes with a 10-year warranty covering both battery and inverter. The 314Ah LiFePO4 cells are rated to 10,000 cycles — typically well over 15 years of daily use in an Australian household.
Yes — SigenStor is compatible with most existing installations including string inverter and Enphase microinverter systems. It supports both DC-coupled and AC-coupled connections. Our team will assess your current setup during a free consultation.
V2H (Vehicle-to-Home) lets your EV's battery power your home during a blackout. V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) lets your EV export energy back to the grid. SigenStor is V2H and V2G ready — once Australian standards are finalised, the capability will be activated via a free OTA software update.
SigenStor switches to battery power in 0 milliseconds — instantaneous. Unlike most home batteries that only back up a single phase, SigenStor provides true three-phase backup, keeping all circuits running including three-phase appliances. It can also accept a generator as a backup input.
Yes. Modules stack and connect via guided quick connectors — around 15 minutes per module, no rewiring. The built-in DC-DC optimiser allows old and new battery modules to work together without degradation.
A typical Western Sydney household uses 20–30 kWh per day. Starting with 9 kWh covers overnight self-consumption and short outages. Homes with EVs or large air conditioning typically suit 18–27 kWh. Our team will design the right system around your actual energy bills during a free consultation.
